We also utilise various third-party service providers to enhance our services, including BookNow for reservations, booking management and memberships, subscription services, database management, and CRM and Stripe for secure payment processing. We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are essential documents you should read to understand how your data is managed.

1.2 Definitions:
To ensure clarity throughout these Terms and Conditions, specific terms are defined as follows:
"Company": This refers to Teehut Golf Limited, acting as Teehut Golf, which operates as an indoor golf simulator facility.
"Member": An individual who has been accepted by TeeHut Golf as a member of the facility.
"Membership": The subscription that Members undertake to avail themselves of TeeHut Golf's services and facilities.
"Membership Fee": This term refers to the fees that Members are obligated to pay in exchange for their Membership privileges.
“Customers” refers to persons using Teehut Golf facilities, including members and paying to play customers.

Section 2: Membership Application and Eligibility
2.1 Membership Application:
Applying for Membership involves agreeing to these Conditions. The Membership application process serves as an expression of your intent to join TeeHut Golf as a Member. By submitting the application, you indicate your understanding and commitment to abide by the Terms and Conditions stated in this agreement.
2.2 Eligibility and Age Restrictions:
TeeHut Golf Membership is available to individuals who are 16 years of age or older. Minors under the age of 16 can access our facilities if accompanied by a guardian.

Section 3: Membership Plans and Initial Fees
3.1 Membership Plans:
TeeHut Golf offers various Membership plans, each tailored to provide unique benefits and services. Detailed information regarding the available Membership plans, the associated benefits, and the corresponding fees can be found at https://www.teehutgolf.com/plans-pricing. We ensure that you have a clear understanding of the options available to make informed decisions about the plan that best suits your preferences and needs.
Each membership plan has a minimum term commitment of 1 month and It's important to note that the monthly Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Section 4: Payment of Monthly Fees and Membership Fee Adjustments
4.1 Payment of Monthly Fees:
Your Membership Fees are payable in advance based on the Membership plan you have chosen.
To streamline the payment process, your membership fee will be collected through use of a third party payments gateway (Stripe). Payment will be taken on the monthly anniversary of your first day of membership.. In the event of any arrears arising due to unpaid fees owed to TeeHut Golf, it is necessary for these arrears to be settled before you can access the facilities and services.
Stripe will be used for all payments, and currently accepts Mastercard credit, Visa credit and Visa debits cards. The payment will include any booking fee and/or transaction fee, as applicable.
Section 5: Pay as you Play Terms and Cancellations
5.1 Cancellations for Pay-As-You-Play Services:
For Customers utilising TeeHut Golf's pay-as-you-play services, it is essential to be aware of the cancellation policy that governs these reservations.
Cancellation and Modification Window: Customers are allowed to cancel or modify their bookings for the golf simulator up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, customers must notify us via email, phone call, or through our online booking system at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.
Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation made prior to the 48-hour Window:
If a booking is cancelled prior to the 48-hour window, the customer will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.
Any cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any cancellation fees.
2. Late Cancellation or No-Show:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full booking fee will be charged to the customer.
Modification Policy: Customers can modify their booking details, such as changing the date or time, up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, subject to availability.
Section 6: CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE
6.1 Age Restrictions:
TeeHut Golf is committed to creating an inclusive environment that caters to individuals of varying ages. Membership is available to individuals aged 16 and above. For individuals under the age of 16, access to the TeeHut Golf facility is permitted only in the company of a responsible guardian. This approach ensures that individuals of all ages can enjoy the offerings of TeeHut Golf while maintaining appropriate supervision and safety measures.

6.2 Cancellation Policy:
In addition to the Membership and Pay as you Play cancellation policies, please note
Cancellation Rights: The business reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including maintenance, equipment failure, or emergencies.
Notification and Compensation: In the event of a cancellation, the business will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers as soon as possible. Customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the cancelled session.

6.3. Privacy and Data:
Collection and Use of Customer Data: The business will collect and store customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK. Customer data will be used solely for the purpose of managing bookings, improving services, and complying with legal obligations. Data Sharing: The business will not share customer personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. The business will implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data from unauthorised access.
6.4. Modification of T&Cs:
Updates to Terms and Conditions: The business reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or other appropriate means. Continued use of the simulator services after changes to the terms implies acceptance of the updated terms.
6.5. Severability Clause:
Enforceability of Clauses: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The business and customers will work together to replace the unenforceable provision with one that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
6.6 Delays Outside Our Control:
At TeeHut Golf, we understand that external factors may occasionally impact our ability to provide products or services as originally planned. In cases where events beyond our control lead to delays in service provision, TeeHut Golf is committed to taking reasonable measures to communicate such delays to our Members. We strive to minimise any disruption caused by these events. However, it's important to note that TeeHut Golf cannot be held liable for compensation related to delays that result from events outside our control.

6.7 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to receive marketing emails and communications from us. We will use your contact details to send you information about our new products, services, and promotions. Section 8: RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE, BEHAVIOUR, AND SAFETY
7.1 Responsibility for Damage:
TeeHut Golf is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all Members and customers. As a Member, you are responsible for any damage caused to TeeHut Golf's premises, equipment, or property due to your negligence or misconduct. It is essential to treat the facilities and equipment with care and respect to ensure the continued satisfaction of all Members. In the event that damage occurs, TeeHut Golf reserves the right to hold Members financially liable for the necessary repairs or replacements.
Condition of the Simulators and Facilities: The business will make reasonable efforts to maintain the simulators and facilities in good working condition. Any malfunction or technical issue should be reported to staff immediately. The business reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict access to the simulators for maintenance or repair purposes.
7.2 Zero-Tolerance for Violence:
TeeHut Golf maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards violent behaviour or threats within its premises. We are dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all Members and staff. Any behaviour that is deemed violent, threatening, or poses harm to others will not be tolerated. TeeHut Golf retains the right to take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of Membership privileges, in response to such conduct.
7.3 Proper Attire and Clean Footwear:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all Members, TeeHut Golf requires Members to wear appropriate attire and clean footwear while utilising our facilities. Proper clothing and footwear contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Members are encouraged to adhere to this dress code to maintain a positive environment within TeeHut Golf.

​Section 8: TIMELY ARRIVAL AND BUSINESS HOURS
8.1 Timely Arrival and Session Duration:
TeeHut Golf places importance on punctuality to ensure the efficient utilisation of scheduled sessions. Members are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled sessions to maximise the allotted time. It's important to note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration. This policy aims to prevent disruptions to subsequent sessions and to provide a fair experience for all Members.
8.2 Business Hours and Changes:
While TeeHut Golf strives to maintain consistent operating hours, it's important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes in business hours. TeeHut Golf will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any changes whenever possible. However, certain situations, such as repairs, alterations, or external events, may necessitate adjustments to operating hours without prior notice. Members are encouraged to stay informed through official communication channels.​​

From time to time we may take photos or videos for the promotion of the business of the Company. By becoming a user of TeeHut Golf you give your consent to you appearing in these. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the Company.
